Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your artwork to request a return.
Returned items must be sent back using the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Options:
- Store credit for the full amount.
- Refund to the original payment method, subject to a 20% processing fee.
- For incorrectly shipped or damaged artworks, a full refund will be issued without any fee.
If you would like assistance in finding a replacement artwork, we will be glad to connect you with a complimentary art advisor to help you select the perfect piece.
If the original artwork arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped, you may return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
All returns must be processed through And-Art works and shipped in the original packaging (including all certificates accompanying the order). All refunds will be subject to the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in euros. To request a return, please use the contact form.
Note: Special orders, art prints, and frames are final sale. Returns will not be accepted for artworks that have been stretched, cropped, or otherwise altered after purchase. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
Final Sale Items
Special collections, photographs, limited and open edition artworks created by artists, frames for art prints, and electronic gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please complete the return request form only if your order arrived damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or commissioned products. We also do not accept returns on fine art prints produced on demand. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
